How do I add photos to the PICS page?
You will need to Sign In as a member to add photos to the PICS page. Once signed in, go to the PICS page and click the +Add Photos button near the top right of the page. If you haven't created an album yet, choose New Album and give the album a name (such as My Kool Killer RC Kars). If you already have an album, choose Existing Album and click on your album from the dropdown menu (or simply click on your album on the PICS page and choose Edit Album). Now, choose Upload Photos and select the photos you wish to upload from your files. Once done, click on the Submit button near the bottom of the page. Your photos will be uploaded, and you can now edit the photos, titles, captions, and album details.
How do I edit my Album details or add photos to my Album?
You will need to Sign In as a member to add photos to or edit your Album. Once signed in, go to the PICS page and click on your Album, then choose Edit Album. From there, you can Add More Photos (upper right of the screen), change the Album Title, or change the Album Description. Click on More Album Options to choose whether or not you want to Allow comments on photos, or to add or change Slideshow Music. Note that on this page you can also edit individual Photo Details, such as Titles, Captions, or even move photos up and down in position or between your existing Albums. Make sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the screen after making your changes.
Why can't I save or download photos or images from the PICS page to my computer?
Most images are uploaded to the PICS page in .jpg or .jpeg format, which is a "loss" format (the image degrades in quality each time it is saved or downloaded). The option to save or download photos or images from the PICS page has been disabled to preserve the original quality of all Guest images. For special circumstances (such as if you have lost your original photos and would like to retrieve them from this site), you can always contact us, and arrangements can be made.
How do you choose the FEATURED RIDE?
FEATURED RIDES are based on our personal favorites. We usually try to pick from the older posts and work our way towards the newest posts, making sure everyone has at least 1 shot at being featured. But, a lot of other factors come into play, including; the quality and staging of the photo, the types of rides recently featured (for instance, we try not to feature 3 off road rides in a row), the number of current posts available, and just plain old cool factor. The FEATURED RIDE becomes the "spokesperson" for Bonehead RC (and is the first thing guests see when visiting the site), so a lot of thought goes into choosing the right candidate without alienating members that believe their ride should be featured. There is no hard and fast rule for how the FEATURED RIDE is chosen - just submit your best pics and let the cards fall. For the record, rides are feature for about 1 1/2 months, and the sickest pics rule.

If I upgrade Mittens (my cat) to 3S LiPo, will it make him faster?
Probably not. Most living creatures don't have BEC (Battery Eliminating Circuitry), so increasing voltage may cause glitching (at the least) or even fry their electrical systems. Besides, do you really want to be the one to plug in the batteries?
Is the FEATURED RIDE curse real?
Some strange things have happened to a few of the FEATURED RIDES (such as massive wrecks or losses), but there is no scientific proof of an actual FEATURED RIDE curse. However, the F.A.Q. curse is very real - for your safety (and to reduce the chances of any explosions), I strongly recommend that you never have a question listed on the F.A.Q. page.
Can you build my ride for me and make it really, really fast?
Yes, we can build your ride for you. Yes, we can make it really, really fast. No, we won't do it. Build your own ride, find your own speed - not only will you have a lot of fun, but your neighbors (and their insurance company) will thank you.
